As a boutique operation we purposely stay small so that we’re able to provide some of New Zealand’s best guides on every trip, while at the same time ensuring a strong focus on customer service and quality control. Over the years we have seen the pitfalls of other tourism companies getting too big during peak season and the resulting drop in customer service and safety. By staying small we’re able to avoid making the same mistakes, while at the same time offering a more personalized experience.
